Brief Description of Works Performed
- Works included Design Review and Construction of the Proposed works in accordance to the drawings and Bills of Quantities.
- Demolition Works, Excavation & Site preparation, setting out and transfer of measurements and level for the drawings to the site.
- Foundation construction 230mm thick plinth wall on concrete blinding.
- Construction of a framed structure using steel with load bearing walls from ground floor.
- Roofing and cladding works using pre-painted roofing sheets IT4 Gauge 24.
- Utility installation i.e. electrical works; Drainage works.
- Finishes such as 25mm thick Plaster finish and painting works both internally and externally and Floor finishing using asphalt concrete surfacing.
