- Works included Excavation and site preparation, Setting out and transfer of measurements and level for the drawings to the site.
- Foundation construction, Construction 230mm thick plinth wall on concrete blinding.
- Construction of a framed structure using timber with masonry construction of 230mm Brick wall.
- Roofing and cladding works using pre-painted roofing sheets IT4 Gauge 26
- Utilities installation i.e. electrical works.
- Drainage Works.
- Finishes such as 25mm thick Plaster finish and painting works both internally and externally.
- Floor finishing using asphalt concrete surfacing.
